TrueLoyal Appoints Vice President of Product to Accelerate Loyalty Innovation

[San Antonio, TX] — March 3, 2026 — TrueLoyal, the loyalty platform redefining how brands earn consumer loyalty, today announced the appointment of Caleb Fox as Vice President of Product. Fox will lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and innovation as the company accelerates its next phase of growth across UGC, fan communities, gamification, complex loyalty within connected commerce experiences.

Fox brings more than 12 years of experience building and scaling consumer products used by millions. A seasoned product strategy leader with deep expertise in AI/ML mobile, gaming, and OTT platforms, he has consistently driven measurable growth across retention, monetization, and user engagement.

Most recently, as Head of Product at 15 Seconds of Fame, Fox led strategy for 12 AI/ML-powered consumer products. He also spearheaded AI-driven fan engagement tools in partnership with the NBA and MLB, delivering automated highlight generation and real-time interactive experiences at scale.

Previously, Fox served as Co-Founder and CTO/CPO of StreamTeam, where he led product vision & engineering and launched companion streaming applications and hardware prototypes. He has also held senior product leadership roles at GINX TV, Microsoft, Glu Mobile, and Wargaming America. Outside of work, Fox is a licensed pilot – a passion that reflects the precision, discipline, and forward-thinking mindset he brings to product leadership.
