TrueLoyal Announces New Executive Leadership to Accelerate Growth and Customer-Centric Innovation

New Chief Executive Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer join to drive the company’s aggressive growth plan with a focus on deeper consumer relationships and loyalty experiences.

SAN ANTONIO, TX – December 2, 2025TrueLoyal, a leading SaaS loyalty platform helping brands build lasting relationships with their consumers, has more than doubled the business size since acquiring Zinrelo and has aggressive plans for growth and investment for 2026 onwards. As part of that growth plan, TrueLoyal is announcing a strategic expansion of its executive leadership team. Jacek Materna has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, Omeed Kroll joins as Chief Sales Officer, and Josh Ehren has been named Chief Marketing Officer. The leadership transition marks a bold new phase of direction and innovation for the company, with a renewed focus on empowering brands to meaningfully engage their consumers.

Jacek Materna replaces outgoing CEO Sameer Kamat, who will transition back to the Scaleworks portfolio, focusing on business ventures and strategic initiatives. Kamat played a pivotal part in TrueLoyal’s growth foundation, and the company will continue to benefit from his expertise during this next phase.

Materna brings a deep experience in scaling SaaS businesses and leading organizations through market transformation. Prior to joining TrueLoyal, Materna has been involved in multiple companies with Scaleworks since its founding, most recently CEO of Full Circle Insights – a marketing attribution platform that was sold to Conquer.io. He’ll continue to play a role as venture partner with Scaleworks, advising on AI GTM initiatives across the portfolio businesses.

Kroll brings over 25 years of enterprise SaaS and software sales leadership experience, driving transformative growth and building high-performance sales teams. She will be spearheading global revenue strategies for the AI-powered loyalty platform, leveraging her track record of exceeding client expectations and fueling dynamic market expansion in companies such as ServiceChannel, ICertis, IBM, and PTC. Ehren comes from the brand side of the business, where he brings extensive experience in digital, brand, and growth marketing from his prior leadership roles at Gibson Guitars, Harley-Davidson, VF Corporation, Storyteller Overland, and Walmart.com.
