Scope

What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy covers TrueLoyal's treatment of personally identifiable information gathered when you access or use our website or loyalty rewards platform. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices outlined here and consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13, nor knowingly allow such persons to register for our Service

Data Collection

Information we collect

We gather two categories: what you provide directly, and what we collect automatically as you interact with our platform.

Provided by you

Name, email, phone number, company name, postal address, social media handles, and other details you enter during signup or platform use.

Collected automatically

IP address, cookie identifiers, browser type, pages visited, time spent, search terms, access times — standard server log data sent by your browser on every visit.

We use cookies, beacons, scripts, and tags to analyze trends and understand how users navigate our Services. You can modify your browser's cookie settings, though some features may be limited as a result.

Storage

Where your data lives

Your personal information is stored in the United States. If you're located outside the US, data you provide may be transferred to and processed there. By submitting information, you agree to this transfer. We take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure your data is handled securely and in accordance with this policy.

Data Sharing

We don't sell your data. Period.

TrueLoyal does not rent or sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

Trusted partners

Third-party companies we employ to help deliver our Services receive only what's necessary to assist us — nothing more, and no right to use it for any other purpose.

Business transfers

In an acquisition, merger, or bankruptcy, customer data may transfer as a business asset. You'll be notified before this occurs.

Legal obligations

We may release information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TrueLoyal, our users, or the public.

With your consent

Outside the cases above, you'll always be notified before your personal information is shared with any third party — with the option to prevent it.

Security

How we protect your information

Protecting user data is a high priority. Your account is password-protected — choose a strong one, limit device access, and sign out when you're done. All data transmitted to our site is encrypted via TLS.

SOC 2
Type 1

TrueLoyal is SOC 2 Type 1 Compliant. Our security practices are independently evaluated against five trust principles: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. Our Information Security Policy is modeled on ISO 27001 and ISO 27002 guidelines — available upon request.

No internet transmission is 100% guaranteed. Hardware failure, unauthorized entry, and other factors can affect security at any time. We do our part — so should you.
